The Bandage dress (also known as the body con dress) made quite a splash last season when Herve Leger was revived by Max Azria with a revamped collection of the 80s style. All girls loved the trend but a few like me (if not most) balked at the price range of at least $800 - $1,200.
Another season is here and Herve Leger is still making waves with these dresses which come in a variety of styles, necklines and colours. My favourite three are these ones available from Net-a-porter (http://www.net-a-porter.com/product/39836) and Bloomingdales (http://www1.bloomingdales.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=381215&PseudoCat=se-xx-xx-xx.esn_results)

If you are looking to be a hot-looking fashionista this summer, I am pleased to share with you some affordable bandage dresses from online stores and high street stores:

On sale for less than $200, this beautiful bandage-inspired LBD from ABS by Allen Schwartz available at Bloomingdales is top of my list. Every girl needs a great LBD to revv up her confidence.(http://www1.bloomingdales.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=137926&PseudoCat=se-xx-xx-xx.esn_results)
This Asymmetric Bandage Dress by Mango (http://www.mango.com) at £40 is a steal and in a gorgeous rich colour just right for summery nights out.

My favourite Store House of Fraser features this Lipsy Block Colour Bandage Dress at less than £100. This would be my pick for the adventurous colour-toting hottie.
